Bio

Well, I am about to leap into a new realm of blogging/journaling/oh my god what am I doing. I am not really technically inclined so bare with me. I am entering a new stage, and somewhat confusing time, of my life. I am meeting new and exciting people and forming new relationships and am developing stronger bonds with my current relationships. I am entering into a new and exciting profession. One where I can hopefully make some sort of difference in peoples lives. I have moved to a new side of town, into a new house, with a new landlord and I am still trying to accommodate to this change.

My new chiropractic profession is exciting and scary all the same time. I am teaching at the chiropractic school and I am beginning my own practice. I am still trying to figure out my niche in the profession. I do know that I want to focus on wellness, nutrition, rehabilitation, sports, and fitness..........and that is all I have right now. Sometimes I wonder if I am doing the right thing at the right time, but I have begun and so let's rock!

I am a small town girl from the middle of the midwest. I have landed (for the time being) in the great northwest (Portland, OR that is). I am ready to enjoy what the area has to offer...such as surfing, kayaking, kite/wind surfing, rafting, scuba diving, hiking, camping, snowboarding...some of which I have started to learn and the rest, well, let's go! I am really just learning how to take one day at a time and enjoy the ride. So, I ready, lets go!
